I’m Regina, an integrative health coach, mom of three teenagers, and the author of Mother F*cked. I help moms in the Limbo Years (2 years postpartum through perimenopause) understand their bodies, rebuild their health, and feel like themselves again; without pressure, perfection, or wellness culture nonsense.

Because the truth is: this season is real. It’s messy. It’s confusing. And most women walk through it feeling unsupported, overwhelmed, and told to “just manage stress.” I built this space so you wouldn’t have to do it alone.

How I Got Here

Like a lot of women, my health journey didn’t start with a neatly organized plan. It started with frustration. With not being heard. With being told medication or injections were my only option. With feeling exhausted, inflamed, anxious, and disconnected from my own body...while still trying to be a present mom.

I chose natural, foundational healing over Band-Aid solutions. And everything changed. Not overnight, not magically; but slowly, steadily, and deeply.

My Philosophy: The Limbo Years Matter

Most moms are wildly under-supported after the first year postpartum. The world assumes we’re fine. But the truth is, these years come with shifting hormones, chronic stress, unpredictable energy, digestive issues, anxiety spikes, identity confusion, and physical symptoms we’re taught to ignore.

This season is not “just life.”
It’s biology, environment, nervous system overload, and cumulative stress...and women deserve real, evidence-informed, compassionate guidance through it.

My goal is simple:
